Hydrep was founded by Dr. Yvon Desjardins in the province of Quebec, Canada in 1981 with a focus of applying innovation and superior design discipline in the science of electrohydraulic and mechanical design to the problems faced by local industry.   Hydrep built a reputation for solving the industry’s most challenging problems through analytical problem analysis and the practical application of science resulting in reliable cost effective engineering solutions.

Over the last 30 years, Hydrep has expanded its reputation and is now recognized world-wide for its engineering expertise in the design, development, manufacturing and maintenance of electro hydraulic systems.  In 2010, Hydrep expanded its scope to include the design and manufacture of water treatment systems and has established itself as a leader in the province for the delivery of high quality solutions. 

Our mission is to consistently provide innovative solutions in electrohydraulic design and water treatment systems to an international customer base exceeding their expectations for customer service, quality and reliability.    A disciplined rigor that is carried forward into the manufacturing capabilities of Hydrep where industry leading technology is utilized in the machining, fabrication, assembly and test process to produce high quality reliable products. Today Hydrep fabricates, assembles and tests electrical, hydraulic, mechanical components and systems for electrohydraulic and water treatment applications world-wide.
